Evolution launches its biggest game show to date
The biggest game show from Evolution since Crazy Time is coming to Norwegian online casinos in May. How to play Funky Time
The excitement is centered around a digital wheel of fortune (DigiWheel) that dynamically generates a number of random win multipliers in each game round. These are added at different positions on the wheel and then the wheel is spun. If it stops on a position you have bet on, you win. It’s no more complicated than that.
The wheel also has 24 positions (one third) with letters that pay out 25 times the money. So, you’re in with a chance of some nice payouts, and we haven’t even talked about the bonus games yet.
BAR bonus with extra chances of winning
If the wheel stops on a BAR position, the bonus game of the same name is activated where you meet a funky bartender robot. The game consists of betting on one of three glasses that you think will have the highest multiplier, and then the robot fills the glasses.
Then comes another surprise in the form of a spin on a 1-reel slot machine that reveals an extra win multiplier. This is then placed randomly in one of the three jars.
Stayin’ Alive mini-game
Another highlight of Funky Time is the mini-game Stayin’ Alive, which can offer win multipliers of up to 10,000x. It is a type of lottery with 90 balls and a multiplier ladder with 20 levels. You get 4 lives and start at the lowest level with a multiplier of x5. The goal is to choose a layer (ball color) and see how high you can climb. 1-step balls can climb one step, 2-step balls two, and so on. However, if a black ball is drawn, you lose a life.
Disco and VIP Disco
As if that wasn’t enough, Funky Time also has a virtual dance floor with 37 routes during the “Disco” bonus game. Here you will see the mascot Mr Funky dance and show off his dance moves for a good laugh amidst the excitement. Starting from the center square, he eventually stops on a winning square and the bonus game continues like this until he falls off the dance floor completely.
In the VIP version of the dance floor, Mr Funky instead dances on a floor with 63 squares, giving more space for collecting win multipliers from the different squares.
